Drinks were so good. Food was delicious! However, we asked for spicy level 10 (the spiciest) but it wasn't spicy at all. The portions are massive!
-
Delicious food, quick service (we ate outside - several tables on sidewalk), many different vegan options.
-
Love love love their flower cups! I can eat those alone if i had to. Also ordered the Summer salad ingredients so fresh.

Me and two friends came here a few weeks ago for dinner around 6:30 on a Saturday. There was a little line so we ended up having to wait about 20 minutes to get seated. The restaurant isn't too big but they have plenty of seats. Once seated we were immediately greeted by our friendly server who quickly took our order. I got the basil chicken and Tom yum soup. The soup was honestly lacking in flavor (I think some of the key elements must be non-vegan) but it was still good. I really liked the basil chicken it was so delicious and bursting with flavor. I would definitely come back here again - esp if I have a vegetarian/vegan friend with me!

Nestled in the heart of the city, Plumeria Vegetarian is a true gem for those seeking a burst of flavor in every bite. My recent visit left me enamored with their dedication to fresh, vibrant ingredients and a menu teeming with creativity. The star of the show? Their Spicy Noodles. Imagine a dish where tender vegan chicken dances around with crunchy onions, bell peppers, and carrots, all intermingled with fresh basil. The famous chili garlic sauce they toss it in isn't just spicy--it's a masterful stroke of culinary artistry, adding a heat that's as exhilarating as it is divine. Moving on to the Broccoli Delight, which is a love letter to broccoli enthusiasts. The vegan beef is so skillfully seasoned and cooked that it could easily fool the staunchest meat lovers. The broccoli itself was the highlight for me, cooked to a tender yet crisp perfection that paired beautifully with the rich, savory sauce enveloping it. No meal at Plumeria Vegetarian would be complete without a sip of their Sake Nigori. This creamy, dreamy drink was the perfect counterbalance to the spices of the meal--a cool, smooth finish to a dining experience that was as delightful as it was satisfying. In summary, Plumeria Vegetarian doesn't just serve food; they master the art of vegetarian cuisine with a flair that's both modern and wonderfully indulgent. Whether you're a vegetarian or just a lover of all things deliciously prepared, this place is a must-visit. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

Showed up with a party of 3 at 7:15 on a Monday, restaurant was 3/4 full but we were seated right away. Service was very friendly and very efficient. I've also been in on a Saturday evening with a group of 6, and service was just as good in that case. (they do take reservations for parties of 6 or more). THey brought us waters and took our orders. Got the Tom Yum soup and it was sooo delicious, we finished that pretty quickly. I went with the green curry, but pretty sure I've had a couple of the noodle dishes and stir fries in the past. I love all of the vegetarian meat options, the mock duck was really good. I will note that 1 time I've ordered takeout from here and the noodle dish was not up to their normal standard, but i'll assume that was a fluke since i've eaten here so many other times and always enjoyed the food.

I've been wanting to get Thai food as well as take a friend out for a casual dinner. My friend is vegetarian so I chose Plumeria to accommodate. Little did I know this was a very popular destination for your go to vegetarian authentic Thai food needs. We split the Flower Cups, Tom Yum soup, and Cashew Nut with mock chicken (vegan) as the protein. I've had some mock meats before and their chicken was not too far off the real thing in terms of texture. The Flower Cups were great appetizers and have a filling of tofu, peas and carrots served with a cucumber salad/ vinaigrette. The salad was really sweet so I didn't use much of it. The Tom Yum soup was a bit bland, but included a generous portion of beech mushroom, carrots, and tofu. My friend in addition to being vegetarian, could also not eat garlic or onion and they were able to accommodate even further with us to provide everything to us! To end we got their Cheesecake Eggrolls which I was a little surprised to see such a combination, but it was a good combination. We added coconut ice cream to it and it did help with the sweetness. It was a busy Saturday night as our wait was 30-40 minutes, but I enjoyed my meal even though vegetarian is not my standard diet.

Came by for a late brunch with my friend. There were a few people dining. Street parking is available. They have outside and inside dining. We opted for inside dining, we looked at the menu prior to this visit. Our waitress Pink took our food and drink orders. The food came out fairly quickly and it was super fresh! We had family style dining. We ordered the tangerine "chicken", satay "chicken", spicy noodles level 10 with fried tofu & "beef" and a second order of spicy noodles spice level Zero with fried tofu. The drinks we had were Sapporo and watermelon smash martini (sake base). I wish they had liquor as an option; they only serve wine, beers and sake. The satay chicken and tangerine chicken were super crispy, great flavor and came out piping hot! The satay chicken was marinated vegan chicken; it came with peanut sauce and cucumber salad. Tangerine chicken was topped off with their sweet and tangy sauce; served with steamed broccoli and white/brown rice. Our main entree were the spicy noodles with fried tofu and beef. I ordered a level 10 spicy but it was not spicy enough for me. Spicy noodle was made with wide noodles sautéed with onions, bell peppers, basil and carrots in a chili garlic sauce. My friend can't handle spice; so he ordered the spicy noodle level zero with fried tofu. The noodles, vegan beef and tofu were cooked perfectly with great amount of flavor. For dessert we split the mango over sticky rice, it was pretty darn good! The mango, the sticky rice with sweet coconut milk on topped was delicious. We both enjoyed each appetizers and entree. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was open and airy. They also have bathrooms for customers.

Friendly service, lots of variety to the menu. Food is expertly prepared. Loved the crispy tofu larb. Fresh ingredients. Nice to see local ingredients being used in dishes. Enjoy the dark and wood accents in the dining room. Seems like it'd lend to a semi quaint/romantic-like setting if you dined here for dinner. Dining room is much bigger than the encinitas location, so no worries about waiting for a table.
